Step1
Search and analysis of the plot
The first key moment is the search for the best located plots of land. At this stage, the client receives from us photos, description and location on Google maps of the proposed plot. For this purpose, our expert analyzes previously available land in terms of urban planning provisions and the possibility of developing the building the Client dreams of. At this stage it is very important for the Client to specify his preferences and expectations for the future property.

Step2
Legal analysis and land purchase
Once the client has selected suitable land for purchase, our lawyer gets to work. At this stage, all issues related to the ownership of the land in question are verified. At the same time, a draft purchase agreement is drawn up. The client receives full support from us until he becomes the owner of the property.

Architectural design and construction permission
After acquiring a plot of land, our team of architects begins work on a design that meets the needs and requirements of the client. When the project is ready, we proceed to the phase related to obtaining a building permit. Over 20 years of experience guarantees professional and timely service. Construction
Building a house is the moment when ideas and dreams begin to take real shape. We build with the best and proven materials, and we control the construction process itself every day. Step by step we lead the investment reporting to the client in the form of a photo-blog on the progress of the work.

Step 5
Completion of construction and turnkey finishing
When the last worker leaves the site, and the construction manager is applying for the document authorizing the use of the building, it is a sign that we have reached the stage when the client must decide on the standard of finishing of his property. At this stage we also offer the assistance of our interior designer, and the finishing process itself is carried out with our Partner, who has been finishing turnkey houses and apartments all over the Costa del Sol for over 24 years.
