The first key moment is the search for the best located plots of land. At this stage, the client receives from us photos, description and location on Google maps of the proposed plot. In addition, we provide consulting services in such matters as tax optimization of rent, adaptation of premises for rent. Service during the warranty period
According to the current legal order, the investor is liable for 5 years under the warranty for defects related to the newly constructed building substance. During this period, customers repeatedly report potential defects. This requires, in each case, a site visit and an analysis of the legitimacy of the reported defects and faults. Not without significance is also the role of a kind of mediator between the investor, customers and the general contractor or contractors resulting in the efficient handling of each case to the benefit of the investor while maximizing customer satisfaction.
