As a developer, we develop our own residential investments, where we build both single-family houses and multi-family buildings in the design-build-sell system. 

The second area of our activity is comprehensive service and implementation of commissioned investments as a Substitute Investor and General Contractor. We work both for individual clients, usually building single-family houses, as well as for business investors wishing to enter the Spanish market – especially those interested in building a portfolio of real estate for short-term and long-term rent, where a great solution is the construction of small apartment buildings with several locations. 

The scope of services provided by Aquinex Iberia covers all areas of the investment process – from searching for plots of land and analyzing their possible development, through the construction project, to construction and handling all the formalities accompanying this process, including legal and financial aspects of the venture. 

As a complement to the offer, at the client’s request, it is also possible to include full commercialization of the project in the scope of service.
