Large basement floor is connected to the rest of
the house by an internal staircase and, most importantly, has been provided with
natural light thanks to an arrangement using two English-style patios, which are also
mini terraces. Thanks to this treatment, the floor gains residential status and can thus
have various uses depending on the needs or preferences of the owners: for example,
a summer living room, a guest room with an additional bathroom, a gym, or a home
office. 

On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room, an open-plan
kitchen, a toilet, a patio and a staircase.
On the second floor we have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master
bedroom has its own dressing room and bathroom.   

A large outdoor terrace and the possibility of seating a mini-basin/jacuzzi are provided on the roof floor. Thus, it is a great place to organize a barbecue or a home mini-bar with a relaxation area.

The staircase connecting all levels of the house was designed in such a way that a
small home elevator could be installed if needed, which would have 4 stops
(basement, first floor, second floor and roof terrace). This is an excellent solution for
the elderly who would not want to give up the use of a large house over the years.
